Billing

Jessup Energy Solution charges a per hour shop rate in addition to materials and system costs. Material and component deposit are due 30 days prior to your scheduled installation date [See Cancellations Policy Below]. Final invoice payment is due upon completion and delivery of your RV. 

Cancellations

There is no cancellation fee 30 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellation within 30 days of your scheduled appointment will incur a 20% fee on the material costs. This fee covers your consultation time, restocking fees, shipping fees and impact on shop scheduling.

There is no fee if you wish to reschedule your assigned appointment date. Please contact us as soon as possible to take another available time slot. Please be aware rescheduling will be based upon availability.

Jessup Energy Solutions cannot support or assist those who purchase system kits outside of Jessup Energy Solutions. We are not responsible and cannot guarantee any warranties on systems or parts ordered outside of Jessup Energy Solutions, LLC.
